I’ve always had an interest in people, and it’s probably a common trait for UX designers. As UX designers, we must take steps to ensure the products we create are useful, usable, enjoyable, and equitable for our end-users. We do this by being empathetic and mindful, but being human, sometimes we miss the mark.
